DATA SECURITY
- inVue is completely disaster-proof! No data is left either on your phone or on your laptop or PC, so if your device is stolen or damaged, all you need to do is to logon somewhere else and all your data will be available
- All transactions between the user and the inVue servers are 256-bit SES encrypted and certified by Thawte SSL Security Certificates
- All inVue servers are located in secure data centres designed to withstand threat and failure of any kind, and are monitored 24/7/365 from our Deployment Centre
- All client data is held on dedicated servers, fragmented across at least 6 servers, and mirrored in real-time onto failover servers
- In addition, all data is also backed up every 15 minutes to online NAS devices, and streamed offsite to our secondary data centres every night
- Our Technical Protocols ensure best-practice separation between development staff and data administrators
TECHNICAL SECURITY
- Hardware: all inVue servers are IBM eSeries rackmount servers, with dual Intel Xeon processors, IBM ChipKill failsafe RAM, and Western Digital NearLine RAID1 hard disks
- Infrastructure: all inVue switches are Cisco, hardware firewalls HP, and all routers and hubs 3Com
- Software: the inVue GUI is deployed in JavaME and SE using AJAX and Web 2.0 protocols, and the backend is deployed on JavaEE JBOSS webservers and Microsoft SQL dataservers on Windows 2003 Enterprise Servers
